A must see, even in the rain.......

Wonderful. After seeing it in films all my life, I'm glad to have the chance to see it in all its magnificence in real life. Well worth a visit.

Amazing architecture facing the Pacific Ocean. This breathtaking must see place can be reached thru hop on and hop off bus and seated on top only ready yourself for lambasting winds towards your face! The bus will stop for 5 minutes for picture taking. If you personal car you can drive all the way to the top and click those... More

Great walk across the bridge little windy but the views are stunning Only thing we didn't enjoy was having to dodge the cyclists coming at you at speed Can be a little scary for younger kids our son wouldn't cross because of the height and the noise from the traffic Parking on the other side of the bridge at the... Nothing gives you proper perspective of this awesome structure like walking over it. The views are incredible and it's an easy 1.3 mile walk; bikes on one side, walkers on the other. It does get windy and cold so plan ahead.

To see this bridge in all her splendor and beauty is to behold such a beautiful sight! We booked a city tour that stopped on both sides of the bridge, allowing us great views from Sausalito and the Bay Area. I can imagine, on a warmer day, it's even better. Note to self: bring a hoodie or warmer jacket because... More

Best thing I've ever done (I think). Rent a bike on Fishermans wharf and then cycle over the bridge to Sausalito. Amazing! Do it!

I suggest taking a bike ride across the bridge! As you get closer and closer, the view grows more beautiful. There are some hills in the park leading up to the bridge but other than that, not a difficult ride. A great way to see the bridge.

A must see! Definitely great to walk along the bridge, and visit the Golden Gate Visitor Center. A trip to San Francisco isn't complete without this iconic landmark.

Loved this! We travelled over the bridge via hop on/off bus a few times & even visited to town on the other side. Sausalito was a very quaint small town to visit enjoyed too. Whilst we didn't walk over bridge due to wind & rain & cold & lack of time on our schedule we took pics at entry area.... More
