We saw ads for this all around, only to drive over there to find it closed. Like very closed...a tarp covering the sign. There’s isn’t any indication as to why or if it’ll ever open. Saw nothing regarding a closure on their website either.

There is definitely the good, the bad and the ugly at this Aquarium. The good is that the owner’s cause is noble. The bad is this facility in bad need of tender loving care, investment and renewed vision and the fact that their hatchery was...More

The four of us spent about 2-2 1/2 hours there and are glad we did. The information we received was very well presented and interesting. Even walking through the marsh land afterward was a great experience.

We were able to take 28 women to the Oceanarium. Thought it might be more for kids but boy were we wrong. It’s not only extremely interesting and educational for adults but is the best comedy show in town. We all loved it and learned...More

This is a small place, but very well organized. There were 3 areas, each with a different person showing a different aspect. The first room was full of vats of baby lobsters. After listening to a very interesting presentation about lobsters, we walked around and...More

You can learn a lot about lobsters and other sea life here. It made for a good rainy day activity. The staff giving the presentations were very informative and patient in answering our questions.
