The views are nice but the best are during sunset. If all tourists come during sunset then probably no more space for the selfies.
A short drive from Micronesia Mall. There is an entrance free of $3.00 which is worth it.
The cliff itself is meh... Not really worth the $3 each, but why not. The restaurant on the other hand, best view in Guam and reasonably priced! Definitely recommend grabbing an adult beverage and enjoying the view!

When I visited the Two Lovers Point I drove a rented car and I actually missed the "small" road sign due to the road construction in the area. I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with the shuttle service. But I finally found the "other route" by making a U-turn in the main highway.
