As far as souvenirs go on the Windward Side... Run by a great older couple who have been there since the 80s (I think). Lots of collectibles, especially copper Buddhist pieces and rings. Well worth a visit!
This is an interesting little stop. The shops aren’t much to talk about. However, the little shaved ice and smoothie shop on the end is amazing!!! The fruit is all fresh and the ice cream and shaved ice are mixed. It’s a great island snack.
We actually drove past thos little group of shops and turned back because my daughter-in-law want to look for some local gifts for her co-workers. So glad we did. After the endless tourist traps in Honolulu, it was fun to see the eclectic items offered...More
We stop here every time we are on the island as it is so full of interesting stuff. The neat trinkets are fascinating to look at. We always find something to take home. The prices are reasonable expecially in comparison to other similar shops.
