We were driving round the island when we came across Turtle Bay Beach. It was lovely. Definitely take your own supplies ie. Water, snacks etc. We had our own snorkel things and it was wonderful. Only thing I'll say is, make sure you're a strong...More

Crystal clear waters but watch the coral. Definitely bring or buy reef shoes Snorkel hire abruptly ends at 1630 even though it wasn't dark until 6pm!

The views were fantastic and breathtaking. The beach was not overcrowded and easy to get to. The available food and parking or outside.

The breakwater made the beach safe for swimming and snorkeling from the strong waves. The beach facilities are very comfortable. Beautiful picture taking spots. Seal and turtle protection was given importance.

No, all beaches in Hawaii are public access. The Turtle Bay Resort has plenty of parking spot for beach goers.

and YES! The beach is public and there is a outdoor cabana where you can rent snorkeling and various beach gear.
