Great way to see North Shore Oahu

I have visited Oahu (Waikiki)for many years. This year, I saw the surf bus go by in waikiki. I was intrigued and I went on line to investigate. In the past, I have driven on my... read more

I personally paid for the Shark watching in a cage. It was awesome, but a little long, and in the end, in fact you see only sharks. It's nice, but maybe overvalued. With that activity, I could choose another one. I chose to go to the Weima Waterfall. I loved it. After that, I rejoined the rest of the party... More

I have visited Oahu (Waikiki)for many years. This year, I saw the surf bus go by in waikiki. I was intrigued and I went on line to investigate. In the past, I have driven on my own to the north shore but never spent extended time there. The surf bus intrigued me because it gave me the ease to explore... More

My friends and I chose this tour because we didn't want to be stuck on a bus all day. Mike our tour guide was very informative and loads of fun. We drove over to the North Shore where we had a choice of activities, these included Kayaking, Stand Up Paddling, Bike Riding, Snorkelling or Swimming in a Waterfall and for... More

Mike the tour guide expertly led us to Haleiwa Town, one of the coolest spots on earth. The morning was spent shopping, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. After a great food truck lunch, we then spent time swimming at Waimea Falls and ended the day at Waimea Beach, getting to know the surf up close and personal. Everyone was... More

The Surf Bus provides a convenient way to get to Oahu's North Shore, and combined several tour options that made it a great way to see this part of the island. The trip from Waikiki takes about an hour, and once you arrive you have a 3 hours in the morning to do the activities of your choice, followed by... More

Had a great time learning about the island. The guide was very informative. There was a nice choice of activities to do and plenty of time to do them. It was a nice break from the commercial side where we were staying.

ACEY was the best tour guide ever. We booked this tour and did not know what to expect. Acey is very knowledgeable of the island and told stories of old Hawaii. We did the surfing lessons and rode bikes. Both experiences were worth the money. It was a great day tour. North shore is worth the visit. Try to get... More

Overall it was a good trip, got good info on the way out to north shore about places along the way, but there was no clear direction on the days itinerary as to where drop offs where and activities to do there. Needed to ask at the start of the tour what people wanted to do and mark them down... More

I was looking for a North Shore tour that was not too "touristy" and this was perfect. I didn't want to rent a car so I needed to be picked up in Waikiki. The bus was on time. Sam, the guide, mixed just enough info about the tour with info about the island and gave plenty of time to just... More

Our hotel pickup was 20 minutes late. When we are on holidays and having to wake early for a tour, an extra 20 minutes of sleep would have been valuable. Our driver/tour guide had a big belly that hung over his shorts and his t-shirt did not come down far enough to cover up. I am a big guy too... More
