This is a paved path, mostly shady. Lots of runners in the mornings. We used the 2.5 miles from shark's cove to sunset beach almost every day for a run.

We used our bikes more than our rental car! A beautiful path to almost anywhere on the north shore in Pupukea. Sharks cove, Pipeline/backdoor, Rockpile,and many others. Loved all the trees and foliage surrounding the path. Beautiful!
