Maui Tropical Plantation is a 60 acre working plantation. Our narrated TRAM TOUR offers a unique educational opportunity to learn the origins and harvest techniques of Hawaii's commercial fruit crops. As part of your tour, our driver will demonstrate the art of husking a coconut. You'll also learn interesting facts about sugarcane, pineapple, bananas, coffee, macadamia nuts, papaya and more. Visit our Gift Shop for Made in Maui souvenirs, snacks, crystals, aloha wear and more... The Mill House Restaurant is the ideal venue for exclusive events. The only place left to see how they grew native crops. The coconut demonstration makes you realize what they go thru to make a Pina Colada! The walking among coffee, banana, papaya and other tropical fruits is a great experience. Enthusiastic guides.

Our tour guide was informative and it was a beautiful plantation full of useful facts, like papaya peel to make bites stop itching and how to get a coconut out of its shell!

Train ride, coconut husking demo, gift shop, zipline, and resturant. The agricultural information was so interesting! GREAT place to buy matching tropical outfits for all sizes and ages in the family so that you have the perfect family picture in the Tropical Paradise of Maui!
