Located just behind the marina, this mid sized aquarium is decent to kill a few hours. Expect to see your typical tropical fish and sharks and learn about marine life. The price is a bit on the high side; around $27 USD for one adult entry.

We, two families with four kids aged between 3 and 7 visited the Ocean centre. Though very small compared to other aqariums of US, it is well maintained and the exhibits interesting to the kids. In less than two hours we could see the entire aquarium.

We have been to several large aquariums and this one had a lot of beautiful fish. The shark display was very cool. We then enjoyed an oceanfront lunch at Seascape restaurant where the food was very good too! Lots of little kids who seemed to really be having a great time!

Bought tickets including 'behind the scenes' upgrade online and that was an easy process. Had an enjoyable visit - we lucked out and happened to hit the scuba diver presentation rather than having to wait a couple hours. Behind the scenes included a visit to the quarantine area with a little hands on. Also fed turtles and sharks. It was... More

The Maui Ocean Centre is quite small compared to others we have been to. Charging way too much for what is there. It is not worth the money.

My kids, ages 9 & 6, had a great time at the Ocean Center. There was enough to see, enough interactive exhibits, etc, to keep them entertained. And they loved the scavenger hunt to get a prize (not much of a prize, but that was to be expected). I had read in advance that there weren't any dolphins, whales, seals,... More

I took my 5 and 3 year old sons to the aquarium while some of the rest of our party rode bikes up the volcano. The aquarium is very nicely kept and the gift shop has a lot of items to take home. The exhibits were good but the property is actually pretty small compared to other aquariums we have... More

This was the most amazing experience. Was able to pet a White Tip Reef Shark and feed the Rays. Will always remember this definitely checked the bucket list.

very disturbed by the friendly photographers that take a picture for you when you arrive. time to leave , it turns out you can only have the pix if you pat extra for them. 1. if you are going to do this, inform visitors what the pics are for and ask if they would like to purchase them. printing photos... A great day trip for the two year old, parents and a grandmother. So much so that grandmother took the 2 year old back for another trip. It was the highlight of my day talking to Keiki about Hawaiian culture and heritage. The feeding of the turtles is a wonderful show. It's also great how much this facility aims to... More
