Waiting outside in the sun was not so great. A little shade would've done wonders for the crowd in line to enter. We were out there for quite a while and baking. Hosts were friendly. Food was above-average. Music was good. Fashion show was a...More

The Lu'au was a great survey of polynesian culture. We liked seeing examples of dance from New Zealand, Tahiti, and other islands as well as Hawaii. The food was delicious, the setting was beautiful, and the show was spectacular. We especially appreciated how often our server...More

This Luau had reasonably good food for a large event, helpful staff and an open bar. Show was good, but with limited number of performers by comparison. Recommended, for a more modern presentation and review of the numerous Polynesian cultures. Parking validation at Hyatt is...More

Food was ok, drinks were ok, dessert ok and performance good but a little to long. At times it felt like we were at a wedding reception.

Having been to a Hawaiian Luau before this pailed in comparison. They have a beautiful beach background & instead they used a painted auditorium. The costumes were cheesy versions of the real thing. They forgot to announce the upcoming wedding & present the cake we...More

This luau was recommended to us so we checked the pricing and decided on the top tier which had us sitting up front but more importantly we got to go through the buffet line first. The food was varied but very average. We went for...More

We basically enjoyed the show. The entertainers were fairly talented. We enjoyed that there were three fire dancers rather than one. The best part of the food was the pork. The rest of the dinner was average. What I didn't like was driving into the...More

The event entertainment seemed sporadic. There were times when nothing was happening on stage. The dancing and singing were average -- with the exception of the fire dancers at the end, which saved the event.
