We arrived on a heavy surf day (great for surfboarders, but not if you want to snorkel). Very crowded beach (probably because of the heavy tourist season.

Napili Beach is a busy spot for swimming and snorkeling with so many condo complexes that front it. The protected bay is not too rough for the children. There is a wonderful view of Molokai from the bay. Napili Bay is known for its beautiful...More

If you like straight, long beaches, then Kaanapali beach is good. If you like smaller horse shoe shaped beaches with great snorkeling and body surfing, then this is it.. Parking is a challenge, but this beach is not to be missed

Unfortunately we witnessed a man drown here yesterday. The water may look calm but the currents can be very strong and waves rough. Do not go swimming/snorkeling here unless you are a strong & experienced OCEAN swimmer. Beautiful clean beach and water.

This is a little "bay" that is well suited for swimming. Even in rough weather, people are able to swim in it with apparent safety. It is beautiful water but is totally surround by hotels.

Great beach with good snorkeling and swimming. Nice facilities but parking is at a premium. Get there early or walk a ways. Enter near Napili Bay Resort.

This is a lovely spot and easy access to the Gazebo restaurant which serves amazing breakfasts. ( be aware though the wait is usually 20 -30 min.) Good snorkeling and lots of turtles. Biggest issue for tourists is parking and even finding the public access....More
