This is a great place to be. The beach is long with plenty of places to sit and swim. The Black Rock snorkeling and cliff jumping area is on one side. Whalers Village with several restaurants and ice cream parlors is located off the beach....More

Staying at Westin for 29 days. The beach is great just make sure you enter the water in front of the hotels. Anywhere else you will encounter a lot of huge rocks. Water drops off rather quickly so be careful. Water is amazing, highly recommended.

Very nearluxury hotels, gaps between properties and public parking make this a treasure. The water, perfect!

We were staying at the Sheraton which has a fabulous location right on the beach and next to the famous Black Rock. This beach and area really has everything you could ask for in a Maui beach. Perfect sand, almost no rocks in the water,...More

A week in Maui was our dream vacation. Ka'anapali Beach was beautiful. We aren't much for water sports, but they were available. The sun is brutal, but if you can find a lounge chair under a palm tree, you will feel that all is well...More

I've been coming to this beach for 30 years. It is beautiful, and has a great path to walk the entire beach, or of course you can walk down along the beach. There are wonderful hotels, great restaurants, and shopping at Whalers Village.

Ka'anapali Beach is about 2.5 kilometers long and is a great for an afternoon or evening walk. You can walk in the sand and surf. Or you can rinse the salt and sand off your feet and walk on the paved beachwalk. At any point,...More

We walked on the beach. It was clean . We stayed at the Westin Spa and Resort which was right on the beach. The kids spent most of their time in the pool at the resort rather than on the beach.

Easy to get to, clean and relaxing. Get there a bit early and enjoy it all. Snorkeling, sea turtles and whales.

There pavilions with restrooms at the beach park by the Westin villas resort. There is a board walk that runs for a couple of miles along the beach. Pick a spot And go swim. Have a great time

Definitely road construction so expect delays. The far north end of beach under beach refurbishment as well. Just take your time and expect delays.
