beautiful beach but very steep for kids. Don't venture into three sea unless you're a proficient swimmer! There are big waves that are so much fun and to the north snorkeling spots with amazing fish and enormous turtles!

All the normal beach activities and lots of restaurants to choose from. Try Parasailing, surfing, snorkeling - endless choices

Typical tourist resort wherever you go in the world. Lots of pricey and over-priced attractions. If you're looking to not go anywhere and hang out, this is a good choice for it.

Very limited coral for a western Maui beach so that's great for your feet 😂. Lots of restaurants and stores. Can get crowded and lots of people watching. Of particular interest is when the booze cruises come back in and the catamarans are letting people...More

Excellent beach front manicured by several resorts. Blackrock cliff is accessible by water- 20' max dive spot. Beach good for families. Will be crowded. Parking is difficult- use Whaler's park deck. May cost $10-15 to park unless you get a store to validate

I love HAWAII!! I love oceans!! Now if I wasn't a wave person then this beach is defiantly the best beach in the world. Crystal Clear blue water, golden beaches and just a beautiful view but the only downfall is there are no waves. So...More

Went here with a volunteer beach cleaning group. Long stretch of open beach, with several public access points along it. Lots of people doing stand up paddle board in the water, as the ocean isn't too rough here.

Awesome beach to snorkel. Saw tons of fish and a few turtles. Parking was a challenge. Water was perfect.

my wife and I will be staying at Kaanapali Shores Resort in October. How close will we be to this beach? I have a lung issue and can't walk long distances.

We really enjoyed Leilani's next to the Hula Grill for one of our honeymoon dinner, it is a little nicer and fine dining if you are looking for that. Otherwise, Hula Grill is next door as well if casual is more what you are... More
