Yes but you need to get in line at the dock to be able to get the. Once you get away fro the Harbor people will stand up so you will no be able to see unless you to do the same. If you need to stay seated sit on the lower... More
Are whales still around in late March typically? LIke 27th/28th? I know the numbers are likely decreasing.
