Like most of Whaler's Village, the museum is in the midst of renovation. Check with your concierge before planning a trip here. The restaurants (Hula Grill, etc.) are all open.

Literally a few steps from Westin Resort. Food court at the village: joeys kitchen,Italian, subway and a Mexican fast food. Food okay for a cheap meal. ABC store in the village very convenient. Hagen daz for ice cream. No grocery store , in Whalers village. If you have a vehicle Foodland in lahaina would satisfy your needs. Just a 5-10... More

We drove to Whaler's Villge to see this, struggle to find a parking place in the garage, walked into the commercial area only to find a signboard stating that museum was closed during renovations. I asked one of the vendors how long the museum had been closed and was told it had been quiite awhiile (?????). As we were not... More

A lot of construction going on, but the shopping is still pretty good. Quite a few shops to choose from, so you'll probably be able to find what you need here.

Usually I would give it 5 stars but many of the shops are closed during the construction. It will be beautiful when it is completed. Not sure when that will be. Whalers has a great mix of upscale and reasonable shops, as well as food court, yogurt /ice cream shops and restaurants. Leilani's and Hula Grill are both wonderful to... More

My family and I stayed in Maui from Dec. 25-Jan1 at the Westin Kanaapali Ocean Resort Villas. The resort offered free shuttle to and from the mall. I visited it 3 times and did plenty of shopping and found great deals.

I can't believe people are whining about the cost of parking if they didn't buy anything. The shops are amazing: from high end to great coffee. I'm not sure how someone wouldn't buy something, let alone realize the cost of real estate (i.e. Parking) right on one of the top beaches in the world. We often choose our resort to... More

My wife and I stopped by yesterday afternoon to see what the shops had to offer. We didn't purchase anything and when I went to pay my parking ticket it was $15 for two hours. This is an absolute rip-off and a quick way to discourage customers from coming back.

We went to Whaler's Village to purchase gifts for friends and family to take home. I was surprised that there were so many different types of things to buy - Not only for friends but for ourselves as well.
