Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This was the final stop of our Heavenly Hana tour and what a gorgeous place!

I cannot describe how beautiful the views are so just look at my pics.

The bathrooms here work and are very clean.

Finally, there are chickens everywhere. If you are a fan of Moana, then you may catch yourself calling for Heihei as the male chickens certainly resemble him.

A wonderful ending to a wonderful tour!

This park has lots of grass and several picnic benches. Most is hilly. I think there were a couple grills. There's a bathroom and a good amount of parking. The view was the best. The bus didn't stop here though. I'm not sure why. The bus website says it does but it definitely did not. You have to get off one before or after which is about a mile walk to the park

I like this park it is clean and quiet.I go here to sketch and get my zen on.Many local families enjoy picnics here & local workers stop to have their lunches and break time. The air is so clean.Sometimes it rains but other days the sun is out.

This is a small park popular with local residents. The views from here are beautiful if the sky is clear. A nice place to watch the setting sun. There are restrooms onsite.

Well maintained, well located small park with spectacular views of the Maui isthmus and West Maui mountains. You can see Lanai and Kahoolawe, Molokini from here. Loved by locals for evening and weekend barbecues and grass skiing for kids.

We had such a fun picnic lunch here with a fabulous view of both sides of Maui from Wailea/Kihei to the left and Kahului to the right. The grounds are very well maintained, and the roosters/chickens kept us entertained as well.

At 3000 feet the air is definitely cooler and felt so good. So, if you are going to be traveling upcountry to Kula or beyond, this small park is well worth a visit. Please note that we have been here many times, and most times we have had a misty fog like rain.....so be prepared and bring an umbrella. Perhaps you will luck out like us and have a sunny day!

You cannot beat the views of Central Maui and the islands to the south of Maui from this park. It is a simple park, no frills except some grills. Parking is above, and if you pass it on your left, just take the next left. You will make it. I attended a wedding there, and just as the parson pronounced them man and wife, a beautiful rainbow appeared behind the couple. If you are driving from Central Maui to Ulupalakua, this is a good place to stop and eat those hamburgers you bought, saving lots of money by not buying expensive food in Ulupalakua.

This is just a little local park in Kula but it has a spectacular view of the valley of Maui. There are picnic tables and a restroom. Since it is in Kula it is sometimes a bit chilly so take a sweater or something with you. As a bonus the Kula Country Farms local "farmers market" is practically across the street so you can pick up some local produce while there. They have the best strawberries!
