For only 50 cents you can go in a see at least 50 or vendors selling fruit and vegetables, t shirts, bags, banana bread, and almost anything else tourists want. The fruits seemed almost 1/2 price of grocery store prices, and most was probably picked...More

It is an interesting place to just wander around and look into the different booths. You can get some cheap buys here (bought some souvenirs) as well as find some crafts and arts of better quality. There is a good selection of local fresh produce...More

We decided to load up on our fresh produce here, after reading the other reviews. So glad we did. We had a condo and wanted to cook meals for ourselves and this saved us so much money, plus we like supporting the local farmers. Besides...More

It was fun to walk around and see the different products, but after awhile the booths seemed to have all of the same stuff. The food and coffee were delicious, so I'd go back for those!

True a lot of touristy stuff but here and there are some gems. Met a young biologist who promotes ocean/native bird ecology education/awareness. If you get a chance to stop by he has t-shirts and coloring books among other things. The books are educational and...More

One of my favorite things to do while traveling is to visit open air markets. This one did not disappoint, especially for a fifty cent entry. A good mix of fresh produce, great fresh tropical flowers, arts and crafts as well as "junk" that can...More

Every Saturday morning. Get there early. The produce vendors have great stuff at half the cost of a supermarket. There are things to eat, interesting items to purchase, and some great finds if you look carefully. One vendor does "fish prints" on cloth unlike any...More

It runs Saturday 7 AM until 1 PM. Early is best for parking and also for having a "cool" stroll. When the sun rises high- the meet can become quite warm.

Aloha, The Maui Swap Meet is open every Saturday, from 7am to 1pm. When there is inclement weather and would hamper the event, we close the compound or we opt to having it in the covered parking lot. Mahalo, Corrie
