Easy walk about half mile to the beach. Trail is mowed and level, would be easy for kids. Surfers use this trail for access to Hanalei Bay. Beach is at far end of Bay on opposite side of pier from Hanalei Beach.

Great spot to snorkel or just hang on the beach. Plenty of low lying trees to dip into when the rains come for a brief moment. Love the coastline here.

This is a public beach to the west of the St Regis beach and Hanalei Bay Resort beach access trail. Nice views all day long especially sunsets. Great privacy the farther west you go. Eventually you will run into an outcropping of rocks. Before this...More

The trail is a little tricky to be sure. Lots of surfers taking advantage while we were visiting plus some sunbathers too. It's very pretty and there looked to be some decent snorkeling as well.

If you are fortunate to find parking at the top (there are about 8 spots of free parking), you are in luck. The trail down is next to the St Regis entrance/guard hut, and is well marked. Many steps to the bottom! But well maintained...More
