The gardens are within the grounds of the Kiahuna Plantation. Even if you aren't staying here, it's worth a quick stop. It's a beautiful setting surrounding the Plantation Gardens restaurant, which is also a must. Whether you are dining on the porch over looking the...More

This mesic succulent garden is a unique feature on the South side of Kauai. You would think of lush gardens and palm trees in your vision of Kauai but this is a "cactus " garden. It is very useful for my classes to visit because...More

Self-guided walk through an old garden populated by numerous cacti. The garden is adjacent to Kiahuna Plantation so it is a must see for anyone staying there. It is an easy walk if you are okay with uneven surfaces.

I saw rave reviews, so stopped by. This is a really strange "garden" with lots of lava rocks and visible pipes. But the collection of orchids placed there and massive tangled cacti are really a cool surprise.

This is a free self tour garden that has wonderful orchids, succulents and some cactus. Very well done and kept. Easy walking even with a cane. Must see.

Located behind the Sheraton, walk through and enjoy the gorgeous gardens, very quiet and tranquil, orchids of every color. Lovely spot to take it all in!

Located on the grounds of the Kiahuna Plantation/Plantation Gardens restaurant, this strange, large cactus garden is kind of weird. Cactus in Hawaii??? The original plantation manager's wife was a cactus lover who imported it for her garden....leading to the wild growth of cactus around the...More
