The food was good, the drinks were strong (insert* bring id as if you look under 30 you won’t be served alcohol and the stern barlady will treat you like a naughty teen... which by the way I am 44 in years) This is by...More

Start with fresh flower leis, bringing the pig out from the underground oven, and eating great food. Bar drinks were good and fun drinks for the kids as well. The show told a great story through breathtaking dance of Polynesians leaving their homeland to seek...More

This was a beautiful dance signifying the historical journey to Hawaii. It was very nicely presented and the staff was friendly.

My wife and I enjoyed the Luau very much. The setting was great, and they had some nice vendors there as well from which to buy locally-made items. The show was outstanding...very well done. The dancers - and all performers - did a great job....More

Would recommend checking out this Luau. We enjoyed the train ride prior to the buffet and show. We had seats toward the back but still could see the show with no issues. Pork and fish were very good. My wife liked the blue Hawaiian and...More

My family and I decided to go to this particular luau because we were told it was the best one on Kauai. We all enjoyed the show and the food (except for the poi, but that’s just nasty anywhere, lol). The show was about 45...More

We loved the show at Luau Kalamaku. The story, the dancing, the costumes - and especially the fire dancers - it was a wonderful evening. I wish we'd arrived early enough to explore the beautiful property more - it's absolutely gorgeous.

The train ride was fun and informative, the show was great. Unfortunately, the food was not good. The pork tasted like it had been cooked the day before and reheated. The plates were very small and after tasting the food, I understood why. The selection...More

Aloha for your review. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the main performance, but sorry to learn that your expectations were not met regarding the buffet of local favorites. Mahalo for your feedback.

This is my 8th trip to Kauai and I really wasn't interested in a Luau, as I've been to so many, but it was my family's first time, so I took one for the team. We decided to do the Luau with a train ride....More

We did not find the entertainment to be really loud and we sat in the front row next to the stage. There were lots of young children present who appeared to enjoy the show. I believe the show was over by 9pm.
