Best snorkeling yet this week

Didnt see any turtles today, but saw tons of the most colorful fish ever. Fairly calm water. Got to view the sleeping monk seal on the Bch. Tiny Bch area but wasn't overcrowded.

Very small beach area but some of the best snorkeling around. Tricky getting in and out at time due to rocks and some slippery areas. Water is less clear after high wave action.

We weren't really big snorkelers before but came here to check it out based on the other reviews. We weren't disappointed- there were so many colors of fish and so many sizes it was beautiful. Would highly recommend.

This is a very small beach, but the snorkeling is about the best you'll find in the winter months on Kauai. Also, when busy, there is always The Beach House (restaurant) lawn that can be used during the day. We have a timeshare right across the street and enjoy this beach frequently each visit. Lots of monk seals come up... More

Small beach to leave your towel, then walk in and enjoy the snorkeling. Lots of tropical fish, eels, and sometimes turtles. Next to the Beach House restaurant.

We had a fantastic time snorkeling this beach. It is a super small beach and can get a little crowded, but has some amazing snorkeling. Saw 20-40 types of fish, a large sea turtle, and quite a bit of coral. Very shallow and good for beginners. One day a harbor seal decided to use the beach as a hang out,... More

One of the best places to snorkel on southern Kauai. Easy access, turtles and big fish. We prefer to sit on the grass by the Beach House restaraunt and watch the surfers in between snorkels.

Great snorkel spot, but don't expect to lounge on the beach there--miniscule at best. Clean bathroom with place to change in an oversized stall, outside clean water shower. Climb down lava rocks 6-10 feet to a small beach, which is on a cove protected by a reef. Calm inside the reef, and there is a channel to the outside (where... More
