We loved this walk/hike along the trail and bluffs overlooking the ocean. A great way to spend the afternoon. We watched the birds and the water breaking on the rocks. Beautiful!

Walked this path everyday during our stay. Gorgeous sunrises, safe, walking, running, biking. Even got to see a seal resting on the beach.

This paved trail starting in Kapaa runs north along the beach and coast for approximately 8 miles and allows for dog-walkers, cyclists, joggers, runners, or walkers probably the best views in the world, certainly the islands!

I had a great time walking the path. It was very interesting to read all the historical notes along the way. It was great that there were toilet stops.

Pick up a bike anywhere and cruise down this path to great secret beaches and perfect views. Stop in Kapa'a for shave ice or a smoothie and cruise on home

I believe there is a typo in the previous answer. The total ascent is more like 100 feet, not 1000.

Yes there are a few and always plenty of bikes at each. They all recommend calling ahead and reserving. Have fun.
