Just a lovely studio with great instructors and a surprisingly wide range of styles on offer not just for the town but for all of Kauai. We thoroughly enjoyed Dantian Flow with Zoe (to prep our cores for the surfing days ahead) and loved our two yummy classes of Vinyasa Flow with Sandra, the owner. Each visit, we enjoyed a... More

Visiting Kauai, we met some new friends who later took me to Kalaheo Yoga for a class. I absolutely loved it. Beautiful studio, fantastic instructor. If I lived there (like I want to one day), I would be a regular.

We attended a weekday morning Vinyasa class and got a great, humid workout. Felt welcome as a visitor. Be sure to call before attending - we also tried to attend the Sunday class and it was cancelled via email but we did not know since no note in the window, on the website or on the voicemail.

I've been attending Kalaheo Yoga for over three years. I've practiced a lot of yoga in California, and I wish I could find a studio like this there. The space is airy and accomodating. The teachers I've had, Ellen, Sandy and Melinda are VERY good. They have years of experience and their teaching style, though different, is really professional. They... More

I have practiced yoga, off and on, for forty years. This is my favorite yoga studio anywhere. A good mix of locals and visitors, varied yoga classes and levels and a short distance from the resorts on the South Shore of Kauai. I have a vacation house in Poipu and many of my guests have taken classes here. Everyone has... More

My wife and I are wrapping up the last of a two week honeymoon. We spent one week on the big island and our second week here in Kauai. We happened upon Kalaheo Yoga on one of our first days here, grabbed a schedule and then thought little else of it. This morning was the only morning on the island... More

I have been attending classes regularly at Kalaheo Yoga for the past 6 months and can honestly say that it has been a life-changing experience. I have more space and movement in my whole body and continue to grow in my practice with every class. I love the variety of classes offered. I especially like the Alignment, Integral, and Restorative... More
