EpicLava is a once in a lifetime adventure to experience the volcanoes of Hawaii. We make safety and fun our priorities as we guide you to the current volcanic eruptions and features. The volcanoes national park tour takes the guesswork out of the park. VNP is over 505 square miles(that's bigger than the island of Oahu) there are so many great features to see that often times people don't see the best! You will learn the legends of the Hawaiian Gods and be amazed by the volcano's power! We definitely take you off the beaten path to the very best of the park and swing through the "must see spots" as well. Our guides are extremely professional and welcoming. Let our years of experience become an amazing day for you in this truly EPIC place. This tour is fantastic and will leave you with a great memory of your volcano experience.(maximum group size of 11) Group tours include transportation in our comfortable Mercedes sprinter van. This tour includes essential gear needed for the tour. Let us show you the park in EPIC fashion and you'll understand why we are "the greatest show on the flow" Mahalo and ahui hou!

Athough the tour is excellent, the location behind the fish market you are directed to park has been experiencing multiple vehicle break-ins. The police officer that responded to our incident and the vehicle next to us indicated this is a routine occurrence. I recommend this...More

I signed up for both a sunrise lava flow hike and a late night volcano photography tour. Both were absolutely amazing, with passionate and knowledgeable guides. The sunrise lava flow starts around 3:30 - 4:30 am, with a challenging hike/trek upon the dried lava fields....More

We started at 3 am from a parking lot close to the Volcanoes National Park. The hike started around 4 am and we were back to our vehicle by 11 am. This is a difficult hike, and you are constantly walking on extremely uneven surfaces...More

it is really intense, but I really enjoy it! We were planning to hike ourselves, glad we didn't do so!! It is a 7 hours hike!! Fresh lava flow is only 500 feet in front of you, highly recommended.
