Coffee

The coffee here is good. They do tours for about $15.00 a person. They have a cool cafe with a beautiful view and they have a gift shop with a bunch of different things.

Its worth visiting just for the coffee, I send a bag to my clients every year for the holidays! The farm is beautiful and Kona Joe and Deepa are friendly and welcoming.

Paid $12.00 for a tour of the coffee making process and it was worth it. Anderson, our guide, was friendly, very knowledgeable, and provided great information. The coffee is delicious and with the $12.00, you get a mug and a free cup of coffee at the end of the tour. Would recommend this one if you're interested in learning about... More

Down a tiny road off the Mamalahoa Highway leads you to Kona Joe's. A very good tasting area with lots to sample and a gift shop to boot. Tours of the roasting process are available all in a quiet plantation below the highway. After tasting you can visit their barrista and buy cups of coffee and biscotti then sit down... More

Our resort had the brochure for the Kona Joe Coffee tour, so we decided to check it out. The agricultural engineer, Anderson, was our tour guide. He was quite personable, informative, and encouraged questions. The tour included the farm where coffee beans grew, processing facility, a cup of coffee, and a complimentary Kona Joe ceramic mug. There's a coffee bar... More

We visited Kona Joe Coffee last year. The coffee is great and the people are wonderful. Took a tour of the coffee process area. Very interesting and educational. I called to order more coffee to give as Christmas presents. Judy at Kona Joe was very helpful. If you are in Hawaii this is a must see. If you just like... More

Aloha! My wife and I arrived by bus with a group on excursion from our cruise ship. We gathered together outside with Bruno, our guide, and he gave an extensive explanation of coffee growing and harvesting, especially pointing out Kona Joe's use of trellising the trees/bushes - a method for which they hold a patent (didn't know farming methods like...
