We hiked up to Nanue Falls with our two adventurous and athletic teenage sons. It was a good hike, challenging in a fun way. Easy? Not necessarily, but definitely doable. Flip flops would be a mistake. The rocks, whether wet or dry, were slippery. But...More

First, be aware that you must wade upstream on SLIPPERY rocks for about half a mile to get to the falls. Have good grippy water shoes and a hiking stick. You WILL get wet, so consider carefully what you bring, or have a drybag. Really,...More
