we ended up with a private tour, which was great. we learned about cacao, white pineapple and a bunch of other tropical fruits. The chocolate tasting was fun and informative as well, learning about cacao from several countries and new processing methods.

Had a wonderful tour of the farm, the many things grown there and the chocolate making process. Tasty chocolate varieties plus white pineapple phrosties and honey.
