Magnificent collection of artworks, mostly by the husband and wife team of Matthew and Mary Lovein. She is a gifted painter and photographer and he is a fabulous potter and ceramicist. The stars of this gallery are Matthew's trademarked "Wish Makers". These make such unique gifts. Well worth the stop.

Lovely gallery in Holualoa featuring works by the Loveins and other Hawaiian artists. Famous for the wish keeper, a unique decorative container one stores a wish inside. Mary Lovein has unique painting on metal etc which looks striking. Other items include locally made jewelry.

This is a unique small shop where the sole owner is on premises. He teaches the art of playing the Ukulele. He makes them from scratch. He invents new types of instruments that he designs and makes. He sells them, ships them signs them, he is the go to man for unique and original Ukuele's. Sam B. Rosen sounds Hawaiian... More

Gallery run by local husband and wife team featuring their work and works of other local artists. Established for a number of years in picturesque setting of country living on the Big Island of Hawaii.

My wife just completed a 70 hour course in making her own ukulele with Sam Rosen, owner of the gallery. Unbelievable! Starting with rare and interesting woods and a variety of hand and power tools, a beautiful ukulele emerged. Predominantly locally sourced woods are used (which are beautiful and unique). Sam is a kind and patient teacher, walking students through... More

We went to the Holualoa gallery and met the owner Mary. The gallery has an amazing collection of art work and pottery. Mary was a great help. We will go back next time we are in Holualoa.
