Really neat general store. Lots of authentic Hawaiian gifts and really nice antiques. The store itself is an experience. We tried the chocolate chip cookies and the house made Kona coffee. Both were delicious and the staff is so friendly. This is a must visit

A prefect little stop on the way to Mauna Kea! Got veggie Sandwiches which were delightful to have on the top of a volcano. Service was great and willing to help

I am a burger fanatic. There are some decent places in Kona to get a burger, but this one is my new favorite. Keauhou Store isn't a restaurant, but does serve lunch and has a small outdoor space where you can eat. The store itself is a great place to browse. And the cookies are really good too!!

Excellent cookies!!! Had some basic convenience foods, beer and wine. Also offered Hot Dogs, Hamburgers and Cheeseburgers made to order. Lovely place to stop and shop for vintage Hawaiian souvenirs. Get a brochure and read about the history of the store which was built in 1919. Take a moment to stop by on your journey through Captain Cook area.

The owners have done a great job of mixing the old store with the realities of providing things people need. Want something cold to drink, they have it. Need some coffee or want to post a parcel, it can be had here. You walk into the store and you see all the stuff you would like to see in an... More

What a hidden treasure! The proprietors are welcoming and full of stories about the store and area. The food is simple, healthy and really delicious. The hamburgers and cookies are a must. I recommend the store to locals and tourists and will go back again as there is so much to see in the store - check out the little... More

This wonderful store was an important hub, years ago, for local folks who bought everything there! Bicycles, shoes, tools, sewing notions, books, food - at a time when it was not easy to get to Kailua-Kona Town, this store was like manna from heaven for local residents. The original owner must be very proud of Thea & Curt, who have... More

This place was a gem to come across! The history of the store and all the treasures that have been there since the beginning were a blast. The owners were absolutely fantastic and kept it true to the original owner. The cookies are a must!
