I hadn't been on a horse in years, but my husband and I decided to take a ride while our sons were hiking for the day. We chose this place because we wanted a one-hour ride, they took a maximum of 8 people at a time, and they had horses available. I liked their flexibility. The staff was polite and... More

The trip started off fine, but things got too exciting when one of the "laziest" and "oldest" horses got spooked by something, started running, and our 7 year-old daughter/sister went flying off the horse. She fell face-first into the ground and began crying and screaming, bleeding from her mouth. She had cut her lip and knocked loose a couple of... More

We had a great ride with Danny and Pete, who were our guides, riding out of their base camp (not in the village). We booked a three-hour ride, which was a little long for all of us (7 kids and 4 adults) since we don't ride regularly, but the trail was incredibly beautiful and we customized the trip with bagged... Easy Trail Ride not a difficult ride for young kids. 6,9,11. We did 2hr ride. Cons- short scenic ride as majority of ride ended up around a pretty field. 30 min getting to field,... More

The entire staff were incredibly nice and professional and the horses were well cared for and great...but the ride was a bit boring, as most of the 1hour trail ride is on a wooded trail with not much to look at and the horses are 'extra' schooled at following the butt in front. Had I of not done a trail... More

Did not originally plan excursion with this stable, but had to make last minute change in plan due to forest fire out of town. Lady in office was very helpful and flexible with last minute arrangements. Tour guide was very boring. Offered no conversation or interaction with group. Guide at back of group was on his cell phone. No response... More

We went on the 8am 1 hour horseback ride. It was just us and the guide. Peaceful, not strenuous, and we climbed up the hill to get a pretty good view of the valley. They try to upsell you on photos at the end. My daughter loved it.

We did multiple trail rides with Teton Village trail rides. The staff was friendly and had well kept horses. Rides were safe and fun with some great views. Kids loved it.
