So beautiful- an amazing amount of water flows over & around the rock formations. The signage is excellent and trails easy walking. Photo ops everywhere. Watch for the hummingbirds and little critters like chipmunks & squirrels too. Safe to take kids with the side rails.

Good access to paths overlooking the canyon and falls. In summer its a great place to watch hummingbirds. Books, brochures and restrooms are available inside.

The scenic route via Shell Valley and falls was the best choice on our way to Cody, WY. We enjoyed the views and wildlife. The falls are beautiful.

We haven't had snow since last month. I think the storm you're referring to was south; Laramie/Cheyenne area.
