I have wanted to try dog sledding since seeing Susan Butcher and her dog Granite speak at a conference in the late '80s. We signed up for a combination snowshoe and dog sled day, and it was wonderful. The drive from the Yellowstone Visitor Center is about 50 minutes and is gorgeous. You arrive at Togwatee Lodge, which is a... More

Dog sledding with Continental Divide was a tremendous experience. There's plenty of time to mix with the dogs while the musher is hooking up his 14-dog team. Once these 14 overly eager dogs are ready the excitement begins. The total sledding experience ran just over 2 hours. The ride was surprisingly comfortable with no rough patches the day of our... What a perfect morning! We were picked up at our hotel in Jackson and driven the hour to the Togwotee Lodge for our 1/2 day dog sledding tour. So much fun! We got to meet the dogs while our musher was getting them hooked up and ready to go. The dogs are well cared for and love what they do.... More

My 9-year old son and I loved our dog-sledding experience. We were picked up at our hotel in Teton Village for the hour+ ride through the Tetons. Our lunch was included and delicious. Our musher Jesse allowed us to interact with the dogs before our ride (and my son wanted to meet ALL of them!). They were all well socialized... More

Highly recommended tour. The puppies are amazing and so friendly. The views on the tour are breathtaking as the guides take you deep into the Bridger-Teton forest. Seeing how these dogs perform and absolutely cannot wait to get going was a treat.

This was the highlight of my trip!!! It was a beautiful ride from Jackson Hole. We did a morning half day trip which was perfect. I loved being able to interact with the dogs prior to them being attached to the sled. I was surprised at how socialized they were. The sheer beauty is indescribable. I recommend this as a... More

if you enjoy the out of doors & nature ya' gotta do this. Fortunately, we hit the timing perfectly - 2 feet of fresh snow, blue skies, slight wind and around 0 F when we started this 2 hour tour. It was a perfect way to end our 9 days in Jackson Hole and Yellowstone. It is pricey and the... More
