I went hete to do some photography of the wild horses. The landscape is awesome. It's so peaceful. You can't see any buildings and you feel like you are 100 miles from everything else. The sunset was breath taking. Don't go during the winter unless...More

We knew we were taking a chance when we didn't take an off road tour but we preferred to drive ourselves - we left early in the morning but that didn't help. We saw about a dozen horses spread throughout and a few antelope- they...More

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. As we rode out the scenery was beautiful. We first found a small group of stallions and watched them for a few minutes. It was amazing to see them so close. We continued driving looking for the...More

Off again to photograph horses. These horses are true mustangs in the sense, many have bloodlines from ranchers/farm horses, Native Americas, some true Spanish Mustang blood. I will say they have some of the most beautiful paints I've ever seen. One black and white, had...More

While others are lined up to get into the Yellowstone parking lot in summer the locals are here looking for wild horses and exploring thousands of acres of wild desolate contorted nooks and crannies of nature...there's always some vestige of the old west left to...More

OK- I have loved horses all my life and sell horse properties in Texas, so I may be a bit slanted. Seeing America's wild horses in the wild was on my bucket list. We were staying in the Grand Tetons but drove up to Cody...More

Sadly, we did not have the opportunity to see the horses, but it was still a beautiful drive. Saw plenty of antelope though. If it looks like it's going to storm, be careful. The roads are of course dirt and go way back in there,...More

You can drive yourself. 4-wheel dive if you get off the main road and it is rainy.
