Great park to hike and walk our dogs this winter. Snowshoe and X-country ski trails also available. Ice fishing on small lakes is fun.

Get out to the park for a hike. They have options for year round recreation - hiking, xc skiing, and snowshoeing. The trails wind around the small lakes in the park and you’ll see a variety of natural space typical of this area. Follow the...More

Lots to do at this park, hike, bike, enjoy the beach...or camp. The beach is very clean, has a changing stall, good bathrooms, and ample parking.

Beautiful park! Hiking trails are great. While the trail names are not clearly marked, they have “you are here” maps along the trails in case you get turned around. I noticed colored plastic ties along the trail. Ice age trail goes through here too. Handful...More

Very enjoyable beach area, with bathrooms and changing area. It is a tucked away spot, not too overly crowded and is a nice place to swim and enjoy some outdoor time with family.

Hartman Creek wouldn't be my first choice of Wisconsin parks to visit. It's a nice park, but definitely not one of Wisconsin's top park. It's not a park that I would travel long distances to visit. They do have a nice campground, beach area, and...More

The trail system here is first rate. In addition to the state park trails, the National Ice Age Scenic Trail also runs through the park and links up with the other trails. Kayaking on the Upper Chain o' Lakes here is much more relaxing than...More
