Lovely afternoon learning how to make French Macaroons. Susan Holding is a wonderful instructor giving both history and guided hands-on on class in a beautiful space. Can't wait to take another class at The Little French Bakery!

Aaah moment/Day! Susan makes you feel like you are really a pastry chef! Loved every moment! Lucky me!! Susan's joy of her knowledge is infectious to all! loved every part of the day !

It was like spending a day with family, chatting and learning about bread. So much fun! And very educational and interesting. I really enjoyed my class and the setting as well. I learned a lot, and can't wait to put it to use.
