Caught a ton of fish in this lake with "The Anglers Choice", John Andrew. If you want to catch fish, this is the lake to do it on and don't forget to have John with you, he knows where they hide.

Lots of beautiful shoreline - you could spend the whole week tooling around looking at the lovely homes! Not too crowded and lots of "boat friendly" restaurants and bars!

We have been going to Lake Tomahawk for 25 years, and we have certainly seen it change. It is nice to be there because it is much less busy than surrounding towns which see quite large influxes of people on the weekends. It is the...More

Don't be confused by the name of the lake and the town. The town is small, the lake is large for a lake in Wisconsin.

We have a place up here, and it is always a blast. The lakes are beautiful, the Wisconsin River is fun, we like to hop on innertubes and float it. It is a beautiful stretch without hardly any cabins. The restaurants and bars in town...More

Thank you for your review. We are renting a pontoon from Inidian Shores this weekend. We would like to stop and eat. Are there restaurants on Lake Tomahawk? Thank you!

The Lakeside Grill is on Tomahawk Lake. It has easy on/off access from your boat. There is outdoor patio dining as well as inside seating. All the food is very good, burgers, chicken, salads, nice variety of starters... More
