Billed as the world's largest music festival, Summerfest takes place over 11 days each year on the shores of Lake Michigan in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Nearly 900,000 people attend to watch more than 800 bands perform on 11 stages, and to enjoy the food, drinks and comedy acts that complement the music. Headliners have included Bruno Mars, Lady Gaga, The Rolling Stones, Violent Femmes, Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan and Tim McGraw, but there's no shortage of up-and-coming talent and local acts covering all genres on the smaller stages.

My sister, niece and myself go every year on hispanic day. We made it a tradition. If you want to have a great time with family and friends Summerfest is the best place to go.

Went to Summerfest 2 nights in a row and enjoyed the various bands playing at night leading up to seeing the Dave Matthews Band. The violinist was replaced due to some internal issues and it did take away from the band's unique sound and charm...More

We traveled from Oregon to visit WI, specifically for Summerfest. I get around in a wheelchair, being unable to walk any distance. We watched Kane Brown and loved every minute of his performance! As we were leaving is when the nightmare began. Summerfest does not...More
