The Festival Park is a friendly place to go and have fun. It is big enough that you don't feel like you are in a herd of people. Good overall facilities.

It's our 4th visit to Milwaukee for their German fest. Food is great Beer is great. (I can't get Sprecher Doppelbock anywhere else.)

Summerfest grounds were better than ever. It was clean and not over-crowded, casual yet fun vibe with the crowd. Expected eats and drinks were all there. Of course, the music is the focus and was not disappointing. There is music for all!

I would suggest I94 to I794 toward the lake--it will take you right there--just follow the signs. :) Have fun!

Irish Fest has a special section for dogs of Irish heritage.... but they must be invited and must be accompanied at all times by holder
