Very interesting and informative--plants from around the globe in natural settings. The Christmas dome was extremely well done.We went during the day, but if your schedule permits, go in the evening. The lights will be spectacular.

For an arborists or plant lover this is the place to go. There are three dimes of which one is a “show or current exhibit dome” and one is Tropical and the third Dome. We were there for Christmas and the show Dome was stunning...More

Stopped by the Domes today to view the new Scrooge Exhibit! It was a very enjoyable experience and super creative. For only $7 admission for a Milwaukee resident it is a great escape from the city life. I love roaming each exhibit and seeing all...More

If you haven’t been to the winter market here it’s a MUST stop. There’s so many local merchants here, not to big and not to small but the choices are fantastic and the people are super friendly.

The domes are very hyped and while I love greenhouses, these are a bit underwhelming. I found the desert dome to be the best, what a great variety. Surprisingly, unheated (at least when I was there) and the rainforest one while interesting didn't blow me...More

We were in luck and many plants were fruiting. I liked that they had signs telling you about the fruit how its pollinated etc some even had a qr code for more information. I like the holiday decorations.

Totally unimpressed. I set up a field trip, confirmed things the week before, got to the domes and the field trip coordinator had cancelled our tour. This left me with an hour and a half to occupy thirty 17 and 18 students. The domes is...More

We travel a lot and always go to places that have plants on display in every city. While the two domes that were open when we visited were kind of neat, I'd have to say that we've seen much better in other cities. We were...More

The domes are a nice place to visit any time of the year. I always like walking through the different biomes and seeing small new differences. I don’t work to far away and we have taken visitors there as a unique place to visit.

Yes, that would be a wonderful time to see the Domes - get out of the cold and enjoy the warmth and color of the beautiful flowers. Great little gift shop, too!
