    Float

    The first time, it took awhile to get used to. I finally relaxed after about a 1/2 hour. I did not feel better until the next day. All aches and pains were gone.

    Floats, massage tranquility

    A Better Me is a wonderful place, owned by people who care and make your visit a peaceful relaxing experience. The oils, soy candles and lotions for purchase are great treats to make your home as spa like as possible. I highly recommend a visit!

    Wonderful experience!

    The spa is beautiful, and the staff were beyond wonderful. After yoga I had a massage, followed by a float session. I can't wait to visit again!

    Me time
