The Al. Ringling Theatre is a treasure of rare quality. Built in 1915 by man who started the Ringling Brothers Circus, Al. Ringling, this magnificent and richly designed in the style of grand French opera houses. The Theatre is a masterpiece of European architecture. Daily tours (May - September) and tours by appointment only (October - May).

Stopped here to watch "Snow White." It had been a couple years since we had last been here. At that time the place was in pretty rough shape. The restoration was amazing. Very pretty inside. The paintings on the ceiling were really cool.

Took the tour of this beautifully restored 1915 theatre built by Al. Ringling. The molding, fixtures, etc. are exquisite and the curtains are original! Tour guides very knowledgeable and entertaining. Was able to hear the wonderful pipe organ and tour the lower level dressing rooms....More

This tour is spectacular in a meticulously restored theatre to what it was when built in 1915. The beauty and stories that accompany the tour keep in interesting throughout the entire time.

We toured the newly renovated Al Ringling Theater. WOW! A showplace built in 1914 for $100,000 and constructed in 7 months, has now cost $3+million to restore. It was worth every penny. Al Ringling wanted to being New York, to Baraboo, Wisconsin and he did....More
