My friend and I stopped in to check out the glass and maybe buy a Christmas present or two. We ended up staying for over an hour, watching Chip as he blew glass, learning from him about the history of glass making in Weston, and then eventually having a really great random conversation with him about life and his love... Took my wife and two kids who are 8 and 4 while visiting Stonewall Jackson Lake. My kids really enjoyed watching them make different things and really learned something. The staff there were very friendly and really interacted with the kids to make it a fun learning experience. My kids still about what they learned and the items they make... More

My husband and I are always up to discover new places and people. This place is worth a detour. Three generations have been involved in blowing glass, and they love to share their knowledge and passion for glass. We purchased Christmas presents and will be back! They also take special orders and ship as well.

If you are in Weston looking for something to do, or you are looking for a great gift shop with affordable, genuine, unique glass, this is the place. They give a great presentation on the art of glass blowing free of charge! Definitely worth checking out!

Glass blowing, what an art. Went here as part of our vacation route and glad we did. This is a family owned and operated business and Todd (son) was there creating items for a client. He explained everything that he was doing in detail. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the product. Appalachian Glass has a lot... More
