We arrived to a beautiful campground, camp spots are well spaced with beautiful green lawn between each spot. All have a fire pit, picnic table and a level space for a tent. The problem was that in was terribly inconvenient. The fire pit was a raised bbq, so no campfire unless you wanted it on your lap. Everything was situated... More

We loved our pull-through space and the distance between sites. Nice and quiet place to stay. Would recommend.

If I had an RV this would be the place to stay. Near the river, the loop, and a park for kids, a tennus court, picnic areas, a place to swim in a sectioned off area (woth barhrooms nearby). Usually nice and clean. Not too crowded.

We were staying in Leavenworth but wanted to see more birds than we'd managed at the lovely Waterfront Park. A quick google suggested that we should drive to Wenatchee to visit the Confluence Park--which just happened to be listed in my copy of "Day Hiking Central Cascades" as well. While it was overcast in the Leavenworth, the sun was shining... More

We have stayed here twice, always in the winter on our way to a ski vacation in Canada or Idaho. This park is pretty with nice water access, close to town and shopping and restaurants, and to Mission Ridge ski area which is a fun side trip. Quiet with a little train noise. Probably pretty busy in the summer but... More

We enjoy parking here (permit required) and walking the trails. Sometimes we bring our grandchildren over to play on the new playground equipment. The campground is great with lots of space between campers and appropriately shaded by large trees. From here you can take a circular hike to see birds. You can go to a small beach to wade in...It... I was traveling through Wenatchee in My pickup camper and decided to stop at this state park as I had an off season pass. Three park provided me a nice respite from travel... The park is just that a park in the city adjacent to the confluence of the Wenatchee and Columbia rivers... Not very natural but nice anyway... Not... More

We stay here every October and love it. The local dog club hosts an agility trial here so the park is very convenient. The park is very well maintained. With that said, they are sticklers for State Park rules.

This may not apply to regular visitors as my stay was as a firefighter when the park was used as an Incident Command Post and Base Camp for large fires in the area. This was the second time I've stayed at the park during large fires. The park staff were very accommodating and supportive to the firefighters. I wish to... More
