Found this park by accident while geocaching a few years ago... Well maintained and manicured park, great for strolling with dogs, as long as everyone leashes their dogs!

Having recently returned from 3 weeks in Japan, our main objective to visit Japanese gardens, what a small jewel we discovered in this city park. In addition a much enjoyed conservatory and garden displaying well id'ed plants that can be grown locally

Manito Park is beautiful and there is so much to do there. The rose garden, the trails, and the tennis courts. Such a great play to explore.

Sorry I didn't see this question right away. Yes dogs are allowed in the park but MUST be on a leash. Thank you for respecting the other park visitors by not letting your dog off leash in the park.
