With one of the best urban falls in the nation, Riverfront Park's ideal downtown location that is surrounded by the Spokane River offers a variety of activities from biking the Centennial trail, walking paths, attractions such as a 1909 Looff Carrousel and Gift Shop, SkyRide Over the Falls, IMAX Theatre, Tour Train, Amusement Rides and an outdoor covered ice rink make this park a destination. The Red Wagon and Rotary Interactive Fountain provide hours of fun. With plenty of easy parking, the region's best events are also hosted on this 100 acre green space including Hoopfest (World's Largest 3 on 3 basketball tournament), Bloomsday Road Race, 4th of July Celebration, Pig Out in the Park Food and Music Festival and many more. The Spokane Convention Center, Spokane Arena, RiverPark Square, many downtown eateries and hotels border the park making this a great place to visit. The Sculpture Walk also highlights the best art in Spokane.

This was a great park to take the family for a nice walk. All the paths are paved and smooth. They have so many little bridges that you can cross throughout the park that just makes the walk that much more better. They have monuments...More

Nice very clean maintained park. Not much here though. A very short loop paved for a walk. Great for children having the run of a master climbing gym house. Decent views of the lake too.

The parking lot and entrance to the park is kind of sketch but the walkways and views are very pretty. I was by myself and was a little scared ( he parking lot is old and appears not to be taken care of) at first...More

Waterfalls,a never ending staircase that comes up out of the water to the steps of an iconic opera house. Beautiful landscape all nestled in a city connected by Skywalker and some really great restaurants. What more could you want?

We have been regularly visiting Riverfront Park for the past 15 years. We enjoy how close it is to downtown and event venues. We will often leave early for an event and walk around in the park beforehand. The view of the falls from the...More

This is a lovely place to stretch your legs after dinner. We watched an enormous beaver traverse the river waters below the bridge. Maybe it was a coincidence but every single local person we met out walking was friendly and pleasant.

Went on a Sunday, which would normally be a great day to go. Problem is all of the venues were closed due to construction. Nice bridges and viewing of the falls, but that was it. Wait till the construction is done, then it should be...More

We visit family in Spokane once a year or so and always enjoy Riverfront Park...but it's getting even better. They are really doing it right...new buildings, walkways, preserving the historical carousel, etc. Spokane has amazing community events that look and feel like huge block parties....More

I would suggest the convention center lot north of the park. On street parking is harder to find than usual. There is extensive remodeling of the park near the mall parking garage. This involves the west side of the park... More

As far as I know, they are revamping the whole park at this time.
