This trail by the Sammamish "slew", is heavily used by walkers, runners, bikers, horsback riders and skaters. It is a lovely trail stretching from Redmond into Seattle. It provides ample opportunity for distance work, no matter how you are covering that distance!

This is one of my favorite places in the country. The trail is long, wandering next to the Sammamish River and providing views of wildlife and flowers and trees. It is a multipurpose trail (run, bike, walk) that is wide enough to accommodate all the travel. The...More

This trail runs along Lake Sammamish and is a wonderful place for a long walk or biking as well. I know it is a very long trail though I have only walked a very small portion of it.
