I am not a fan of hoppy beers, which is why – by default – I am deducting a point for Postdoc Brewing Co. However, the (nitro) porter I had trice was the best I have had: Smooth, flavorful and not too hoppy at all....More

3.5 stars. I really like Postdoc, and have been going for years. My rating would be a 4 if not for a beer issue. BEER: 3.0. Good selection, but I was disappointed to learn from one of the servers that their excellent pilsner has not...More

This hidden gem is a great rest stop when biking around Lake Sammamish. Beer is good, atmosphere is chill and life is good. They gave food trucks stop by on the weekends and trivia on Tuesdays. Dog friendly too.

We attended a craft night here and it was so much fun. There were friendly dogs to pet, good IPA to drink, and fun to be had. I would recommend this place to anyone. Friends, family, kids, clowns, you name it.

PostDoc is a hidden gem among Redmond’s office parks. Their beers range from very well-executed hop bombs to some fascinatingly refined, more delicate offerings. Their Brett barrel-aged IPA is particularly delicious… not a bad beer in the bunch the day I was there. The tasting...More

These guys are awesome. Every single beer here could be an award winner. They are starting to release some fantastic barrel aged beers. They are expanding their outdoor seating and usually have a food truck. Dogs welcome!

I really like this local brewing location and I don't drink beer. They have a great hard cider that was crisp and dry. My friends who drink beer said it was great. The taco truck on Tuesday Night was great. The quiz night was fun...More

Hi, Conny. We do not carry wine, but we do carry some ciders and also some beers that, some say, are wine-like, such as our Gin Barrel-aged Gose and our Evan's Kriek Flanders Red :)
