I visited the campus of Washington State University with a friend who graduated some years ago. This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised at the beauty of the campus. There is an obvious love of this school by its current and former students.

The small town atmosphere is great for student athletes! The facilties are new, along with an indoor facility being built.

Other schools' television promos, shown during football broadcasts, basically show what the school and students do for themselves. WSU's promos show what they do for people around the world. The School for Global Animal Health help people in Africa and Asia, and in doing so help people around the world.

My wife and I met as students at WSU in 1964, graduated and married in 1968 and returned to see what had "changed" ! Wow, somehow everything is better but the essence of this University has remained intact, the people that come here to work and learn. As we walked the campus revisiting old haunts students & faculty were always... More

Pullman is such a great college town and we had a wonderful time at this friendly campus . Despite the blustery weather during the football game, we enjoyed walking around campus and re-experiencing our days as students. Enjoyed seeing the new buildings, and reminiscing with friends. It's worth a visit. WSU exists within the context of rolling wheat fields. Very... More

If you want a university campus full of green trees this is it. This school has a great diversity of people, and a great veterinary school that is well known. The education is successful with a wide variety of classes to choose from.

We Huskies came to WSU to visit the Veterinary Teaching Hospital for a cancer work-up on one of our dogs (the four footed variety). We were impressed by the campus, the students wearing their Cougar gear, the friendliness and the good manners of everyone we encountered, and of course, the kindness of the doctors, staff and students at the Veterinary... My twins have just started their 3rd year here at WSU. Love the campus, and love that WSU football...Lots of stuff always going on and I am already planning on returning 3-4 times for WSU Cougar football. Plus, the education is not that bad, even if it is too expensive (like all colleges).

We recently brought our Westie puppy to WSU for a balloon valvuloplasty to treat his severe pulmonic stenosis. The staff were friendly, helpful, informative and above all, caring. I could not have imagined going any where else to have this procedure done. We drove 9 hours to get there, and it was worth the trip. Many thanks to all the... More

We flew from Seattle to Pullman to check out the campus. I had made advance car rental reservation with Hertz that was located at the tiny airport. Very easy to find campus which was only 7 miles away. I had discovered that they have a bear research center where grizzlies are kept so I wanted to see them. Take the... More
