Very relaxing with unique plants for the area. Love the story behind the park. Chetzemoka is buried in one of the local cemetaries as well.

Since I spent the day in Port Townsend I noticed that so many TripAdvisor members recommended this park so highly and I wanted to make my own judgement. It was easy, on a perfectly sunny with comfortable temperatures, to agree 100%. I visited it on...More

Well visiting Port Townsend we came upon this park by accident. This place was so peaceful, with its birds, squirrels and most of all deer. Right by the water with nice walking paths, a gazebo and lots of places to sit and watch nature.

This is a beautifully kept secret in Port Townsend. The park is lovely and right on the water. There is a gazebo there where band concerts are held. A short walk down to the shore, where you can walk along the beach, is a must....More

Pleasant hour spent walking in park and on beach. Would be lovely picnic spot, or a place to bring children to play on swings.

There are very few places that pack as much beauty and serenity into such a small area. The wisteria is gorgeous. The gazebo and surrounding plants are magical. You don't have to spend a lot of time here but do have to visit and be...More

This is in a neighborhood, so more like a park for locals. It has beautiful, well maintained gardens, some playground equipment in different locations for kids, open grassy areas, a gazebo (weddings must take place here!), two fantastic swings that even adults will like, and...More

This is a cute park that we stumbled on by accident. It has beach access down a steep slope. Plus more formal plantings, a playground and bathrooms. Nice place to feel away from things in Port Townsend (if PT wasn't "away" enough for you).
