We went to Fort Worden to visit the Marine life museums there. We really enjoyed it! The museums were small but totally pleasant and worth the visit. It seems like there is a lot more to Fort Worden than just big open space near the...More

Visited here. Very interesting. A labyrinth of tunnels and passage ways to explore. Don't forget your flashlight though. Only downside was when I was there there were many unsupervised children and teens who were wreaking havoc. I wish there was a docent on site to...More

Beautiful area in Port Townsend. Lots of hiking trails and and a few small museums. There is a fee to pay to park near the beach, but if you park near the visitor's center and walk to the beach, the parking is free.

This was a fun little post to explore, but many of the buildings are now private residences and businesses so it was hard to explore without feeling like you were intruding. Driving around it was kinda cool. Great beach access.

Sorry - I don't know their policy about cancellations because I live nearby. Contact them right away though, so someone else can take the spot. They are in high demand I hear.
