Floating down the Skagit River to see bald eagles has been on my bucket list for a long time. Over the past 19 years I would drive up to the Skagit Valley and view bald eagles from the road side of the Skagit River. This year, to celebrate my 20th year of an annual pilgrimage to the Skagit River, I... More

Beautiful ride down the river. It was amazing to see the nesting pairs of Eagles, it was too late in the season for mass numbers of Eagles. It was definitely quality not quantity. It was cold and wet, but there were propane heaters and hot chocolate! Our guide was funny, kind and professional. I will definitely be back and recommend... More

We frankly didn't expect to see many eagles at the end of January, but we did see at least 15-18. Our guide was superb, entertaining and knowledgable, and we had a very enjoyable experience all around and wished we could have continued to float down the river to see even more. The scenery is gorgeous, and thanks to the heaters... More

My wife and I went on a float on Jan. 9th and really enjoyed it. Saw more eagles than I have ever seen in a day before. Our guide Scott was really good and we will use Skagit River Guide service again.

We had a great morning tour with our guide Cole. He handled the river like a pro and made sure we viewed the eagles from the best vantage point possible. His knowledge of the area was great and his passion for his job was evident. We had a clear and sunny day. The chilly weather wasn't an issue with the... More

My husband and I truly enjoyed our first eagle watching float trip! Our guide Cole was funny, knowledgeable and safety was his number one priority. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone on the boat got the best views possible and that we entered and exited the boat safely and conveniently. Watching Cole 'maneuver' the boat was very... Thank you so much for an amazing experience. We had the pleasure of floating with Scott down the river last Friday. Although it was 17 degrees when we started, the heaters kept us toasty and Scott's banter kept us entertained. We saw adult and juvenile eagles, were even lucky enough to see some in flight. The cold weather kept the... More

We had a great trip, but very cold! Interesting ice and snow conditions no one had seen before. Lots of eagles and Cole did a great job getting us down a very shallow river and getting us in position to photograph!
